Leah Darling is a Physical Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). In addition, she has completed her studies as a Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body University. Leah is a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Pilates Instructor, which is recognized by the NCAA. Her training includes Mat, Reformer, Arc, Ladder Barrel, Chair and Trapeze Tower. Leah has been in practice since 1994.
Leah graduated from the University of Evansville with a Masters in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science. A desire to offer more comprehensive, one on one personalized care, Leah expanded her training to include massage therapy. She graduated from SHI Integrative Medical Massage School in Lebanon, Ohio. She is licensed through the State of Arizona and Ohio Medical Boards and has achieved a National Certificate in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB).
Leah's specialized skills include being classified as an Expert Myofascial Release Therapist (Highest level of training), Comprehensive Pilates Rehabilitation, CranioSacral Therapy and Energy Work. She is a Full Instructor for the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Treatment Center and Seminars.
Leah has had the opportunity to work with clients in the Cincinnati and Nashville Ballet, Barnum and Bailey Circus, Broadway performers, touring rock stars and ATP Tennis Masters Series players. She is a team member of the Flying Samaritans where she participates in Medical Missions to the Lopez Mateos Clinic, located on the Pacific Coast of the Mexican Baja.
